Winter Amazon Finds for Outdoor Mamas

Whether you're exploring the great outdoors, or you want to be cute and cozy in the pick-up line at school, I've linked some of my favorite winter Amazon finds. 

I have been absolutely loving my fleece lined leggings for easy winter strolls. I'm not sure how I didn't find these sooner. I do not like being cold, and these have been a gamechanger.

I also currently have a puffy jacket obsession, and I found some adorable Free People look-alikes. I don't know why, but puffy jackets are my go-to. It doesn't matter if I'm hitting a trail, or going to the grocery, my puffers have been my winter mama uniform. 

A few items I can't recommend enough during winter are wool socks and base layers. Wool is moisture-wicking, odor resistant and temperature regulating, which is essential in winter, especially when hiking. If you get wet in cold temperatures, it can be disastrous. I will always pay more for wool products. 

One thing I have really enjoyed - and was hesitant about at first - are rechargeable and warmers. For hikes, they are great. My kiddos really like using them when their fingers get cold and need a quick boost in warmth. I also love using them when I golf in the winter. They keep my hands warm when I'm waiting to hit, and it's made cold days much more enjoyable. 

If your kiddos are like mine, winter hikes can be a drag. I am not above bribery, so I've used my stove to make hot cocoa often when we go hiking. You can always pack snacks and candy in your pockets to help keep their little legs motivated on winter jaunts, but a hot cocoa pit stop is always a fun treat.
